Fairtrade Fortnight
Each year for two weeks, a spotlight is put on global trade through the Fairtrade Fortnight campaign. Historically this has taken place in February and March, but made a permanent move to September this year.
Together with Fairtrade farmers, workers, and campaigners everywhere, Fairtrade Inverness group organises activities and events to highlight the difference Fairtrade can make to individual lives and communities.

Fairtrade Fortnight 2024 will be from Monday 9th of September to Sunday 22nd of September. We will announce details of the theme once it is finalised, keep an eye on our Facebook page for local news and activities.
Fairtrade Inverness Survey
In the autumn of 2019 Fairtrade Inverness commissioned an independent study into the popularity of Fairtrade products in Inverness, looking at the number and types of products stocked in local cafés and shops, attitudes towards Fairtrade by retailers and a short study of public opinionabout Fairtrade and trade justice issues.
